摘要
本文用0.41%(W)Pd/γ—Al_2O_3催化剂,在间歇高压釜中进行了丁炔二醇加氢合成1,4—丁二醇的动力学研究。首先进行了动力学实验,然后,对不同假设机理的速度方程进行筛选和鉴别。对复杂串平行反应网络构成的一阶非线性微分方程组用非线性最小二乘法和四阶龙格—库塔法进行速度常数的最优估值和方程组的数值求解,利用线性回归求得了各步反应的活化能。
The paper describes a kinetic research of hydrogenation of butyne-dial to 1,4-butanediol using 0.41%(W)Pd/r-Al_2O_3 in a slurry reactor.The ki-netic experiments done,the selection and distinction are made of various kindsof velocity equations deduced by many reaction mechanisms.The optimumestimated value of velocity constants and the solution of numeric value ofthe equation system for the non-linear one order differential equation sys-tem made up from the complicated series-paralled reaction network aremade by non-linear least square and Rung-Kutta method.And activationenergies of each step are calculated by linear regression.
