摘要
应用人工心理理论,对人性化商品设计开发及商品选购中的重要因素——消费者心 理进行研究.采用因子分析和数量化I类理论统计聚类的方法,得到考虑消费者心理的数学模 型,并用VB6.0与Access数据库编制了基于这个模型的商品选购专家系统.
Apply with Artificial Psychology (AP) to study cousumers' psychology, which is the indispensable factor for humanizing designs of commodity and commodity choose. The methods of statistical cluster such as factor analysis, Quantification Theory I, are adopted to construct the AP model considering consumers' psychology. Finally, expert systems of commodity choose is designedbased this model with VB6.0 and Access.
