摘要
针对中国加入ＷＴＯ，河北省矿产资源开发利用和保护所面临新的挑战和机遇，分析了当前河北省矿产资源开发利用和保护存在的问题，提出解决问题的对策，促进经济持续稳定发展。
Over China's entry into WTO ,the exploitation and protection of Hebei province's mineral resources are facing new challenge and chance. Analysing current existing question about the exploi-tation and protection of Hebei province's mineral resources, bringing forward the countermeasure for solving question. Promoting the advantage of Hebei province s economy continuously and stably.
