摘要
采用薄层扫描法对宁泌泰胶囊中没食子酸进行含量测定。样品经适当提取后点于硅胶G薄层板上 ,以甲苯 -醋酸乙酯 -甲酸 (30∶5 4∶6 2 )为展开剂 ,1%三氯化铁乙醇溶液显色 ,检测波长为 5 30nm。结果 :没食子酸在 0 772~ 3 86 0 μg之间线性关系良好 ,同板精密度RSD为 2 6 9% ,异板精密度RSD为 3 96 % ,宁泌泰胶囊的加样回收率为 97 76 % ,RSD =4 5 1% ;本法简便 ,灵敏 ,准确 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
A thin layer scanning method was developed for the determination of gallic acid in Ningmitai capsules. The extraction solution of the preparation was analysed on silica gel-G plate, using toluene-ethyl acetate-formic acid(30:54:6 2) as the developing system, 1%FeCl 3-ethanol solution as the spray reagent, then detected by single wavelength scanning (530nm). Results: A good linearity is showed in the range of 0.772~3.860 μg for gallic acid. The average recovery is 97.76%,RSD=4.51%. Conclusion: The methood is simple, sensitive, accurate and available for quality control for this preparation.
