摘要
介绍了用高效液相色谱法 ,采用LC -ODS柱 ,以甲醇和硫酸钠水溶液为流动相 ,在2 30nm下检测 。
An analysis method of aromatic sulfonic acids by high performance liquid chromatography is described, using LC ODS column, ultraviolet absorption detector (230nm), aqueous-methanolic solution of inorganic salt as mobile phase The method can be used for controlling the quality of aromatic sulfonic acids. Compared with other methods, it has greatly been improved.
