摘要
中国西部牦牛资源丰富 ,应当尽快加速开发利用 .经过研究 ,将所获得的奶 ,肉皮毛制品 ,进行试制加工及分析预测 ,其每年经济效益将达到 64亿元人民币以上 .这为促进中国西部民族地区经济的发展 。
There is an abundant yak resource in the western China, which should be utilized in a rapid way. The results of the initial processing and analysis of yak meat, milk and hides indicate that its annual economic benefits amount to over than 6.4 billion yuan RMB. This will play an important role in developing the economy in the minority nationlities areas of western China.
