摘要
本文利用[日本]D/MAX—ⅢB 型 X 射线衍射仪,提出一种无损测定金属表面宏观残余应力的测定方法。既开发对其金属微观性能和物相定量分析的精密测试方法,又扩大了该仪器的使用范围。
A measuring method is proposed to determine macroscopic residualstress on the metal surface without loss with D/MAX-Ⅲ B X-ray diffracto-ceter(Japan).The method not only serves as a precise test method of develc-ping microscopic properties and quantitative analysis of object imagine on themetal,but also extends the application of the meter.
