制取钢基颗粒铸造复合材料喷吹工艺方法研究

摘要 本文研究了制取钢基颗粒铸造复合材料的工艺方法。采用中锰奥氏体钢为基体,以氩气为载体,把Al_2O_3或ZrO_2颗粒喷射到钢液中,研究了工艺参数间关系及其影响。 The technologic method for making steel matrix cast composite reinforced by particles was researched in this paper. Medium manganese austenic steel was used as matrix, and argon as carrier. A12o3 or ZrO2 particles were sprayed into steel melt. The relationship between technologic parameters and its effect were studied.
