摘要
用差示扫描量热法、热重分析法、广角X_射线衍射法和偏光显微镜研究了马来酸酐接枝对全同立构聚丙烯结构形态的影响 .结果表明 :马来酸酐接枝全同立构聚丙烯的结晶温度、结晶热、熔融热和结晶度随接枝率的提高而降低 ;极少量残留的马来酸酐在聚丙烯的结晶过程中起着成核剂的作用 ;接枝反应和接枝率对全同立构聚丙烯的结晶度和结晶形态有很大的影响 ;随接枝率增大 ,晶体尺寸减小 。
The effects of maleic anhydride grafts on the structural morphology of isotactic polypropylene were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, wide angle X_ray diffraction and polarized light microscopy. The results indicated that the crystallization temperature, heat of crystallization, heat of fusion and crystallinity of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene decreased with the extent of grafting. A small amount of maleic anhydride contaminates acted as nucleating agents during the crystallization of polypropylene. The grafting reaction and the extent of grafting had significant effects on the crystallinity and crystalline forms of isotactic polypropylene. The size of crystallites decreased and the number of crystallites increased when the extent of grafting increased.
