摘要
通过对测试电容传声器声压灵敏度耦合腔比较法校准和静电激发器法校准的深入研究 ,提出了简单、快速地进行测试电容传声器声压灵敏度校准的有效方法 .由校准总不确定度的分析可知 ,这些方法能满足许多实际应用的需要 .
The calibration of the measured sound of a capactior microphone is the foundation of precise measurements.The coupling cavity method can precisely calibrate the sound pressure sensitivity a capactior microphone,but it is very complicated for actual application.It is necessary to find a convenient method for the calibration of capacitor microphones.This paper presents an effective and quick method to calibrate the sound pressure sensitivity of capactior microphones,It meets the reqirement of many practical applications.
