摘要
本文在简要介绍、分析硬齿面刮削新工艺的基础上,着重阐述了作者发明、研制的凸曲面前刀面硬质合金刮削滚刀的构形特点及其优越的切削效能。
In this paper,the new technology of scraping hardened gear face is simply introduced and analysed,and then the profiling characteristic and the superior cutting behaviour of scraping carbide hob with convex curved face are stressed. The recommended scraping carbide hob is researched and designes by author.
