摘要
本文通过分析当前我国毕业生就业形势呈现的一些特点以及造成毕业生就业难的主要原因，探讨加强新形势下高校毕业生就业指导工作的有关途径。
The thesisis to analyze some features of vocational situation at present and the main reasons to employ hardly，then illustrate some relevant ways to streng then the work of vocational counsel under the new situation．
