摘要
本文利用互相配合的弹性体配合表面上位移连续条件及力的等值条件建立了计算过盈应力的有限元模型。此模型不仅适用于轴对称结构而且还适用于非轴对称结构。经算例验证具有较高的精度。文中又把该模型推广到同时具有过盈联接和平面接触的组合弹性体上。
In this paper, the finite element model for calculating interference fit stress is formed by using displacement continuous condition and equal value of force condition on the fitting faces. The model is not only applicable to axle - symmetry structure but also to non - axle -symmetry one. An example has been given to be verified for. Finally the modes can be extnded to comlined elastomer composed of interference fit and plane contact.
