摘要
政治参与是政治学研究的重要内容 ,是政治发展的核心所在。 2 1世纪必将是参与盛行的时代。然而 ,对于什么是政治参与以及它有何重要功能与价值等这些基础性的问题 ,至今尚无统一的定论。本文在界定政治参与涵义的基础上 ,认为政治参与至少具有四大功能效果和三大重要价值体现。政治参与和人的解放具有内在的历史逻辑性。
The political participation is the important content in the research of the political science,and the kernel of the politiacal development.The twenty-first century must be the era full of participation.But it hasn't had a consensus of opinion until now about the elementary questions what is the political participation and what important function and significance it has.On the basis of formulating the political participation's conotation,this article points out that the political participation has at least four important functional effects and three important significance embodiments.The political participation and human liberation have inherent historical logicality.
