摘要
本文对 1 978年改革开放以来我国几种交通运输方式在客运中的竞争能力进行比较分析。通过利用 1 978~ 1 996年的统计资料和用 AHP方法对各种交通运输方式舒适度等指标的量化 ,构建并估计了改革开放后我国几种交通运输方式的运量敏感性计量模型 ,并进一步分析了提高铁路客运市场占有率的敏感性因素。对铁路以提速方式参与客运市场竞争进行了经济分析 。
In this paper,competitive power in the passenger traffic of several means of transportation in China after the great reformation in 1979 have been compared.By collecting statistical data varying from 1979 to 1996 and using the AHP method to quantify such index as comfort of these different transportation,we constructed and estimated the susceptivity model of these transportation capacity.Furthermore,we analyzed the susceptive factor affecting the raising of the railway portion in the market of the passenger traffic. We also used economic method to analyze the fact that the railway will take part in the competition by accelaration.Finally,based on these analyses,we proposed some relevant suggestion and measures.
