摘要
悬索桥施工前 ,需要计算出各施工阶段的结构几何形状及内力 ,以此检查施工方案的合理性及安全性 .从理想成桥状态开始 ,用几何非线性有限元方法一步一步模拟倒拆过程 ,从而得到各施工阶段结构的几何形状及内力 .计算模型中 ,用悬链线单元模拟主缆 ,CR(随转坐标系 )列式梁单元模拟塔和加劲梁 ,考虑了鞍座与塔顶相对位置的调整过程 .用编制的程序对虎门大桥进行计算 ,表明该倒拆分析方法概念明确 ,计算模型更加接近实际 ,具有可操作性 ,可供设计和施工部门参考。
Before the erection of suspension bridge,it is required that the configuration and internal forces of structure for each erection step be calculated so as to check the rationality and security of erection scheme.Beginning with the ideal state of completed bridge,the counter erection procedure,in which the components of structure are disassembled in the opposite direction of erection,is modeled stepwise by the geometric nonlinear finite element method,and the required configuration and internal forces of structure is consequently obtained.In the course of calculating,the catenary element and the beam element based on CR formulation are employed,and the position adjustments between saddles and pylon tops are considered.The computer programs developed are applied to Humen Bridge and have been found that this method is feasible.
