摘要
以市场为导向的非国有企业已是中国经济可持续性增长的重要推动力。由于信息不对称和产权属性等因素的作用 ,非国有企业的发展正面临严重的金融缺口问题。为此 ,要充分发挥政府在市场失灵时的积极调节功能 ,制定与实施支持非国有企业的金融政策措施 ,为非国有企业营造一个宽松的融资环境 ,提高非国有企业的信用可得性 ,促进非国有企业稳健的发展。
Market-orientated non-state-owned enterprises are the important pushing power of China's economy lasting growth, and become an important component part of China's economy. Restrained by attribute of property right and information asymmetry, non-state-owned enterprises are suffering fromsevere financial gap. In order to provide non-state-owned enterprise with loose financing condition, improve their credit availability and ensure their healthy development, it is necessary that the Government completely apply adjusting function as market fails, set up and perform financial policy to support them.
