摘要
为适应厂坝间相对变位,坝后式厂房引水压力钢管通常设置伸缩节。三峡工程压力钢管直径12.4m,设置 伸缩节造价高,制造、安装困难,运行期止水等技术问题突出。为此设计对伸缩节设置与否做了深入的论 证研究,对坝体、厂房混凝上浇筑,温度应力,钢管垫层,以及蜗壳保压浇混凝土等进行了仿真计算后,进 一步论证水电站压力管道可取消伸缩节。
In order to fit relative variable spaces between the power plants, flexible connectors of penstocks are commonly installed for water diversion in a dam-rear power plant. Since the diameter of penstock of the Three Gorges power plant is 12.4 m, it results in a high cost of installing flexible connectors and causes difficulties of manufacturing and installation and problems with water seal during operation. Thus, careful studies are carried out on whether flexible connectors should be designed or installed. Through simulated calculations on dam body, concrete pouring of power plant, temperature stress, steel pipe bedding, strike and compression and pouring concrete for a spiral case, it proved that flexible connectors of penstocks may be omitted in the power plant.
