从衡量族群关系的文化、社会交往或基层组织的相互进入、通婚、族群认同、偏见、歧视、资源与权利分析等 7个变量解析了中成文具厂的族群关系及族群关系的主要特征 。
This paper analyzes the relationship among ethnic groups with seven markers including culture,social communication or intercourse among grass-root organizations, intermarriage,ethnic group identification,prejudice,discrimination,the distribution of resource and power in Zhongcheng Stationery Factory, highlighting the main features of ethnic group relationship through a typical case.
