摘要
从鞍山大赵台天然水滤池中分离出固锰能力很强的二种鞘铁菌,经胰酶处理菌体表面,破碎菌体,以及用胰酶和酶抑制剂处理菌体破碎后的内含物等实验表明,鞘铁菌的固锰能力可能是由于菌体内具有固锰能力的酶系所致。
Two Siderocapsa capable of fixing manganese were isolated from filter bed of natural water in Dazhaotai, Anshan. Digesting the surface of organism with trypsin, breaking organism and incubating organism contents liberated with trypsin and enzyme inhibitors revealed that the activity of fixing manganese of Siderocapsa is due to the existence of the enzyme system in the intracellular fluid.
