摘要
葡萄糖异构酶(GI)是当今重要的工业酶制剂之一。本文采用GU·HCI作变性剂,Co2+为保护剂,对GI的变性与复性作用的有关光谱进行了一些研究。
Relative spectra and activity of homogeneous glucose isomerase (GI) in the presence of guanidine hydrochloride(GU·HCI) with different concentrations and/or Co^(2+)were investigated. The results show that GU·HCI has a reversible denaturation for GI, Co^(2+) can keep a hard structure of GI molecule, so it has protection, to a certain extent, for GU·HCI denaturation.
