摘要
高等教育与经济社会协调发展是教育基本规律的体现。基于这一基本理论 ,从经济发展水平、人口的数量与结构到教育发展基础 ,都对确定高等教育发展目标起了重要作用。翔实的数据 ,更对河南省高等教育发展与河南的经济发展状况进行了相关性分析。可以看出 ,高等教育滞后于经济发展 ,因此 ,必须用改革和创新的思路 ,大力发展高等教育 ,以实现河南经济和社会发展的新的跨越。
Higher education and a harmonious development of social economy constitute a basic law in education. Based on this basic theory, such elements as the economic development level, the size and structure of population and the basis of education development play an important role in determining the development goal of higher education. Statistics in the analysis on the relationship between the development of higher education and the current situation of the economic development in Henan show that higher education falls behind economic development. Therefore, we must vigorously push the development of higher education through reform and innovation to attain a leap-forward in the social and economic development in Henan province.
