摘要
有效的制度安排对企业技术创新具有重要的激励作用。根据我国企业技术创新激励不足的现实情况 ,可以从企业、市场、国家等不同层面出发 ,在企业内部和外部同时发力 ,构建一个能有效激励企业技术创新的制度系统框架。
An effective mechanism will be an important stimulus to the technological innovation of enterprises. This essay states that we should establish a system to effectively stimulate technological innovation both inside and outside enterprises, considering different spheres of enterprises, markets and nations.
