摘要
基于瞬交流和流体网络理论建立了由往复柱塞泵、管路和自激振荡喷嘴组成的装置系统的数学模型,分析了泵源脉动对自激振荡脉冲射流振荡特性的影响,表明当来流脉动频率小于或等于喷嘴装置的固有频率时,能提高射流的振荡、冲蚀效果,理论分析与实验结果吻合.其结论对合理设计自激振荡射流喷嘴有一定的指导意义.
Based on fluid transient theory and flow network theory, the mathematical models of the system consisting of reciprocating pump, piping and nozzle device of the self-excited oscillation pulsed jet are put forward, then the effects of upstream oscillating flow on oscillating characteristics of the jet are analyzed. It is shown that the upstream oscil- lating flow can enhance the dynamic performance of the jet when its main frequency is less than or equal to the natural frequency of the nozzle, and the analytical results agree with the tests. These conclusions are applicable for design of the nozzle of the jets.
