摘要
本文采用线性稳定性分析的方法推导出了普遍三维形式下的空心圆柱射流自由表面扰动发展的特征方程。数值计算结果表明 :当空心圆柱内半径很小时与圆柱形液体射流的结果是一致的。数值计算还表明 ,当 Je<1时 ,空心圆柱射流分裂雾化形态与 Ah数 (内半径与液膜厚度比 )的大小有很大关系 ,当 Ah数较小时射流分裂雾化是轴对称扰动模态与非轴对称扰动模态基本相同 ,当 Ah数较大时非轴对称扰动模态占绝对优势 ;在 Je>1时 ,所对应的分裂形态是轴对称模态占绝对优势。
WT5”BZ]Based on the linear stability analysis, the characteristic equation was deduced and numerically solved which delineates the evolution of a general 3 dimensional disturbance at the free surface of a hollow cylindrical jet of viscous liquid. Dimensionless parameters that affect the breakup and atomizaton behaviour of liquid jets were discussed with the emphasis on the number Ah, the ratio between the inner radius and the thickness of the liquid sheet. Computational results show that in the case of J e<1, where J e is the ratio of the Weber number to the density ratio of gas and liquid, the breakup mode may be either axisymmetrical or nonaxisymmetrical strongly dependent on the number Ah, while in the case of J e>1 the axisymmetrical disturbance is always dominant.
