摘要
本文首次报道用35mW氦氖激光辐照体外培养的人胚皮肤成纤维细胞,间日一次,每次10分钟,共15次,诱发了与致癌剂甲基硝基亚硝基胍相似的形态学转化。提示氦氖激光对人的体细胞可能具有潜在致癌性。
This report, for the first time, demonstrates that He-Ne laser (35mW, 10min, once every other day, 15 times)irradiation, which was similar to carcinogen N-methyl-N-nitro-nitrosoguanidine, was able to induce the morphological transformation of human fetal skin fibroblasts in vitro. This result indicates He-No ]aser irradiation may have carcinogenic potential to human somatic cells.
