摘要
肝纤维化是目前肝病治疗的难点和热点 ,现在临床上应用的抗肝纤维化的药物还不多 ,近几年来中医药抗肝纤维化的临床和实验研究已展现出良好的势头。综合文献资料表明 ,中医药抗肝纤维化主要抑制肝组织胶原等物质的合成与分泌 ,加速其降解或吸收 ,从而阻止乃至逆转肝纤维化进程。笔者主要从中药有效成分。
Cirrhosis is one of the most difficult problems among liv er diseas es.At present,only a few anti fibration drugs can be used in clinic.These years , good results were obtained in experimental and clinical research on anti fibrat io n using traditional chinese medicine.Research data showed that chinese medicine can disturb the process of cirrhosis by depressing the synthesis and seretion of collagen and also speeding up the degradation and absorption of collagen.This a rticle mainly discusses the advance of study on cirrhosis prevented and treated by single and multiple descriptions of chinese medicine.
