摘要
本文评述了准分子激光在激光加工、激光医疗中的应用前景,非线性光学在准分子激光技术中的运用,以及近年来高重复频率与高亮度准分子的激光器件的新进展。
The application of excimer lasers in laser material processing and laser medicene, the devolopment of high repetition rate and high-brighrness excimer lasers in recent years, and the application of nonlinear optics, to excimer laser technology are all reviewed in this paper.
