摘要
为进一步探讨复方自身清 (由生地黄、白花蛇舌草、生黄芪、生白术、生甘草、丹皮等组成 )的免疫调节作用 ,采用环磷酰胺小鼠免疫抑制模型 ,观察其低、中、高 ( 1 6g/kg、3 2g/kg、6 4g/kg)不同剂量对模型小鼠血常规及T细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8)的影响。结果 :低剂量复方自身清能显著升高小鼠低下的血白细胞计数 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对淋巴细胞绝对值的回升作用仅在中、高剂量组有一定表现 ,对T细胞亚群的作用则以高剂量组最为明显 (P <0 .0 1)。提示复方自身清具有调节免疫作用 。
In order to further investigate the immune regulatory function of 'Compound Self Cleaning Liquid'(composed of Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Herba Hedyotis Diffusae,Cortex Moutan Radicis),its influence of low,middle and high dose(1 69g/kg,3 2g/kg,6 4g/kg)was observed on blood routine and T cell subgroup in the mice of immune inhibition model by cyclophosphamide.The results showed that low dose of'Compound Self Cleaning Liquid'could remarkably elevate low leukocyte count in the mice( P <0.01),with certain expression in the elevating function of the absolute lymphocyte value in the middle and high dose,and the most remarkable function on T cell subgroup in the high dose(all P <0.01).The findings indicate'Compound Self Cleaning Liquid'has an immune regulatory function and that it is necessary to adjust its dose in clinical application in accordance with the patients immune function.
