摘要
本文报道了使用SnO_2/Si(高阻ρ>10,000 Ω·cm)异质结和液晶的扭曲向列相一电控双折射混合场效应构成的快速响应液晶光阀的结构,驱动方式,制作装配工艺及其特征参数测量,以及利用该光阀实现了近红外到可见光图象的实时转换——0.93μm(非相干光)图象转换成0.6328μm激光图象。
In this artical, we reported the structure, driveng manner, fabrication and measurements of performances of the novel faster response Si-LCLV using a heterjunction SnO_2/Si with high resistivity (10000Ωcm) and hybridfieid (TN-ECB) effect liquid crystal. A real -time near IR to visible image converter using the Si-LCLV has been realized. A 0.93μm (incoherent) image was converted to 0.6328 μm laser image.
