摘要
本文叙述了纵向循环对流式调频连续波一氧化碳激光器的研制工作,报导了激光器在慢速和快速流动两种工作方式下的运行实验。在气体配比为O_2∶CO∶N_2∶He=10∶80∶150∶800(ml/min),总气压P=14.2Torr,放电电流I=14mA的慢速流动条件下,单线输出功率达到4.55W。在60∶100∶100∶800(ml/min)配比和6.0Torr气压下,快速流动使单线功率从慢速流动的1.92W提高到4.74W。增加外冷却,在I=24mA时,最佳输出功率达到了6.34W。
This paper discribes our design of a longitudinal circulated-flow tunable continuous-wave carbon-monoxide laser and its operation under the condition of slow-flow and fast-flow. with the gas ratios O_2: CO: N_2: He=10: 80: 150: 800(ml/min), total pressure P=14.2 Torr, discharge current I=14mA and slow-flow, the output power of a single laser line reaches 4.55W. With ratios 60: 100: 100: 800(ml/min) and pressure 6.0Tort, Fast-flow improves the single line power from 1.92W of slow-flow to 4.74W. When an external-cooling device is added, I=24mA, the optimum output power reaches 6.34W.
