摘要
简略评述国外近年来在红外探测器方面的研究及发展工作,包括焦平面列阵、HgCdTe及有关材料、超晶格等。文末对国内这一领域的工作提出几点建议。
The external research and development works on infrared detectors in recent years are reviewed briefly. It includes focal plane array, HgCdTe and related materials and superlattice. At the end, a few words are said about the works of infrared detectors at home.
