激光量子辐射充氧液体疗法的体外氧载体初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究体外激光量子辐射充氧液体疗法(LQL)与常用氧载体的载氧能力的关系。方法:将常用四种氧载体的每种均分为LQL处理的研究组和单纯充氧的对照组。每个样本于处理前和处理后的即刻、30分钟、60分钟送检氧分压。分别对研究组或对照组的组内、组间以及相同组别的不同时间的载氧能力进行统计学比较和分析。结果:每组处理后的氧分压均提高3~10倍,同一时间各组之间的载氧能力相比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)。晶体注射液的研究组保持高氧分压1h不变(P>0.05),而对照组下降(P<0.05)。两组间有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。但非晶体注射液,仅研究组即刻较对照组增高有非常显著差异(P<0.01),而其他时间组间比较无差异。结论:初步研究表明,LQL选用适宜的氧载体是必要的,晶体优于非晶体注射液,激光量子辐射充氧是晶体溶液的氧分压增高并保持的重要因素。 Objective: To study the relation of the laser quantum irradiated oxygenated liquid therapy (LQL) and the efficacy of oxygenated general core in vitro. Methods: We divided every one of four general oxygenation liquids to the study group by LQL and the control group by simple oxygenated liquid, the PaO2 was detected in every sample to taken before and after instant, 30 and 60 minutes on LQL respectively. The oxygenated efficasy of core within and between every group whether the study or control as well as between same time on different study or control groups were compared and analysed by statistical test respectively. Results: Each group increasded for to ten times than before management. Gonparisons of the efficasy on oxygenation cores between all study and control groups in same time were markedly different (P < 0.01) and main- tained higher PaO2 one hour but the control were decreased mere lower than that in study group. The all within groups tel between in same time were no significant but the instant group was markly different from control group. Conclusion: The primary study showed that it is necessory for LQL to select the adequate the oxygenation core and the crystel infusion was better than that of non-crystel, the laser quantum was an important factor in increasing and maintaining PaO2 about the crystel infusion.
