摘要
目的:研究在不同温度(10℃,25℃,37℃)条件下,胞二磷胆碱注射液与维脑路通注射液在0.9%氯化钠注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液、10%葡萄糖注射液3种输液中的配伍稳定性。方法:将胞二磷胆碱注射液和维脑路通注射液加入3种不同的输液中配成浓度均为1mg/ml的混合液,放置于不同温度下,用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后不同时间混合液中两药的浓度,同时检查混合液的pH值、外观及不溶性微粒变化。结果:上述混合液放置在4小时内,其溶液均澄明,pH值、含量没有明显变化,所含微粒数符合标准要求。结论:胞二磷胆碱注射液和维脑路通注射液在3种输液中配伍4小时内稳定。
Objective: Study stability of injectio Citicolini and Venoruton injection in 0.9% sodium chloride, Gluose and Sodium Chloride injection, 10%Glucose injection at different temperatures. Mothods: Injectio Citicolini 1mg/ ml and Venoruton injection 1mg/ml were combined with different infusions .The concentration of Citicolini and Venoruton were determined by UV - spectrophotome-try .The solutions were visually assessed for changes at color and clarity,and particulate content was measured with a particle counter, and pH was measured. Results: the solution with Citicolini and Venoruton were in steady - state both in compatible content and outward stability within 4h. Conclusions: Citicolini and Venoruton are in compatibility steady - state in three kinds of infusions.
