摘要
:目的 :报告小切口胆囊切除术的手术方法及体会。方法 :回顾分析 1 1 2 0例小切口胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果 :全组手术成功 1 0 76例 ( 96 .0 7% ) ,延长切口 44例 ( 3.93% ) ,总的并发症发生率为 1 .34 % ,其中胆道损伤为 0 .2 7%。结论 :小切口胆囊切除术兼有开腹和腹腔镜手术的优点 ,在熟练掌握传统胆囊切除的基础上开展小切口胆囊切除术是安全可行的。
Objectives:Report and realize the methods of the cholecystectomy with small incision.Methods:Clinical data of 1 120 small incision cholecystectomy were collected retrospectively.Results:There are 1 076 cases in successful in totally(96.07%),lengthen incisions 44 cases(3.93%).The complication rate is 1.34%,three of them with bile duct injuries(0.27%).Conclusion:Small incision cholecystectomy has the benefits of both traditional cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Based on properly applied and skillfully possessed the traditional gallbladder removal surgery,cholecystectomy with small incision is safe and feasible. \ \
