摘要
本文介绍了在20~#钢表面进行不同激光扫描速度的 Ti-C 合金化处理,并对合金层的显微组织结构、相形貌、硬度和耐磨性进行了测试和分析,结果表明合金层的硬度和耐磨性有很大提高,同时激光扫描速度对 Ti-C 合金层组织也有很大的影响。
The article presents our experimental procedure which a Ti-C alloy layer is formed in 20~# steel surface with a laser scanning at the variable scanning speed.The characteristics of the alloy layer, for example microstructure,phase morphology,hardness and resistance to abrasion,are examined and analyzed.The results show that the mic- rohardness and resistance to abrasion of the alloy layer are remarka- bly improved,the laser scanning speed greatly influences the microstru- cture and its features.
