摘要 目的 :观察增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)及转化生长因子 -β1(TGF-β1)在人胎儿晶状体上皮细胞的表达。方法 :用 SP免疫组织化学法对 4 8例人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞进行 PCNA、TGF- β1免疫细胞化学染色。结果 :PCNA、TGF-β1在人胎儿不同胎龄晶状体上皮细胞均有表达 ;免疫阳性细胞随着胎龄的增加而减少。PCNA阳性细胞核为桔黄色或棕黄色 ;TGF- β1阳性细胞浆为桔黄色或棕黄色的颗粒状或斑块状 ;经相关分析 ,TGF-β1与 PCNA呈正相关。结论 :PCNA、TGF-β1在人胎儿不同胎龄胎晶状体上皮细胞均有表达 ; Objective:To observe the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)、transforming growth factor β 1(TGF β 1)in lens epithelial cells(LECs) of human embryo.Methods:SP techniques were applied for immunocytochemical staining of LECs of 48 human embryos with PCNA、TGF β 1 antibodies.Results:We found the expression of PCNA、TGF β 1were found in LECs at different embryo age.The positive staining for PCNAwas in orange or brown in the nucleus;the positive staining for TGF β 1 was in orange or brown,and was scattered or mottled within the cytoplasm;the number of positive cells decreased with increased of the embryo age;the unanimous correlation had been found between TGF β 1and PCNA by the relevant analysis.Conclusion:the PCNA、TGF β 1were expressed in cell in LECs at different embryo age;TGF β 1 stimulate the proliferation of LECs of human embryo.
