摘要
本文介绍一种基于偏光分束原理的新型光学衰减器,理论分析和实验测量均表明,该衰减器具有动态范围大、衰减比连续可调且与入射偏振态无关、不改变光束偏振态及空间分布特性等特点,是一类较理想的激光衰减器件。
A new type of continuously adjustable optical attenuator based on the principle of polarization beam splitting is described. The results of both theoretical analyses and experimental measurement show that the device has advantages of large dynamic range, polarization- independent attenuation properties and no change in polarization state and space distribution of the beam.
