摘要
引起汽轮发电机组振动的原因很多 ,每一种原因均有多种征兆 ,单就某一征兆而言 ,各种振动起因可能有相同或相似之处 ,但从多种特征来看又不尽相同 ,因此可以根据多种征兆诊断振动故障。介绍了利用多征兆诊断振动故障的方法 ,并通过几个实例说明了综合诊断的可行性和实用性 ,为准确诊断振动故障提供了有效的工具。
There are many causes of leading to vibration of the steam turbo-generator, and every cause has many features. With any one feature, various vibration cause can have the same or resemble feature, but they aren’t all same for many feature. Therefore we can diagnose vibration fault with many features. This paper introduces method of diagnosing vibration fault using many features, and shows applicability and practicality of synthetic diagnosis. It provides effective tools for accurately diagnosing vibration fault.
