摘要
通过对施工项目的准备工作 ,将资金使用计划按项目构成、时间进度进行分解 ,编制施工项目资金使用计划 .并结合在某施工项目中的应用 ,优化施工组织设计 ,降低了资金投入的峰值 ,提高了施工企业经济效益 .可为承包商投标的风险分析、资金的筹措与管理 ,以及为业主合理安排资金等方面提供一定的帮助 .
In preparatory work, the fund should be rationed according to the composition of the planned items and their process. A careful fund utilization plan should be made. In connection with the actual situation, we should optimize the construction organization design, lower the investment risk and improve the enterprise's economic benefit.
