摘要
应用免疫组织化学方法研究NGF及其受体在人胚神经管早期发育中的表达。结果显示 ,NGF在第 3周未检测到 ,第 4周出现阳性着色 ,随着胚龄增加 ,免疫阳性着色逐渐增强。第 3周 ,可检测到少数散在的TrkA免疫阳性细胞 ,随着胚胎发育 ,阳性细胞逐渐增多 ,着色强度逐渐增强 ,TrkA、表达时序和分布与NGF基本一致。结果表明 ,NGF通过其特异性受体介导 ,在胚胎神经管形成和分化的不同阶段发挥着重要作用。
The expression of NGF and its receptor in the developmnt of early neural tube of human embryo aged from 3 to 8 weeks were examined with immunohistochemistry.Results showed that NGF was not examined at 3-weeks,and its immunoreaction appeared at 4-weeks.The expression increased gradually with the develoment of embryos.Whereas NGFR(TrkA)immunoreaction was detected at 3-weeks,its expression also altered with the development.The occurrence and distribution were similar to that of NGF.It is concluded that NGF and its receptor may play an important role in regulating the growth and differentiation of early neural tube of mammalian embryos.
