摘要
目的 评价透气性硬性角膜接触镜 (RGPCL )对高度近视的矫正效果。方法 测定观察高度近视患者 10 6人 (2 12眼 )选择配戴 RGPCL ,随访时间 1～ 36个月。结果 RGPCL矫正视力达 1.0～ 1.2的占 70 % ,0 .8～0 .9的占 2 1.2 % ,0 .6～ 0 .7%的占 8.8% ,明显优于框架眼镜。戴镜时间每日平均 12 .45小时 ,无明显角结膜并发症出现。 RGPCL戴用后角膜形状趋于扁平化 ,角膜曲率半径平均增加 0 .0 8～ 0 .17m m ,角膜散光度平均减少 0 .75～2 .0 0 D,近视度平均降低 0 .6 5～ 1.45 D。结论
Objective To evaluate the corrective effect of rigid gas permeable contact lens on abnormal ocular refraction.Method 106 myopia patients(212 eyes) who choose to wear RGPCL were observed and followed up for 1-36 months.Results After treatment with RGPCL,70% of patients reported improvement of eyesight to 1.0-1.2,21% reported improvement to 0.8-0.9.The therapeutic effect was significantly better than that of frame glasses.On average,patients wore RGPCL 12.45 hours per day,with no complications of cornea reported.After treatment with RGPCL,patients'corneas tend to be flat,with corneal curvature radii increased by an average of 0.08-0.15mm,corneal astigmatism degrees decreased by 0.75-2.00D and degrees of myopia decreased by 0.65-1.45.Conclusion RGPCL has good therapeutic effect on abnormal ocular refraction
