摘要
目的 通过对经综合性治疗的 5 0例眼睑基底细胞癌患者的远期随访 ,观察其术后的复发率及生存率。方法 对 5 0例基底细胞癌进行组织学分型及临床分期 ,根据不同的组织学分型及临床分期 ,进行不同的手术方式及化、放疗 ,随访 5～ 15年 ,观察远期疗效。结果 5 0例中术后复发 4例 ,占 8% ,5年内死亡 3例 ,占 6 % ,5年生存率 94% ,10年生存率 46 % ,生存 15年以上 5例。结论 早期发现 ,早期诊断 ,以手术为主 ,放。
Objective To investigate the recurrence and survival in 50 cases with basal cell carcinoma following comprehensive treatment and long-term follow-up.Methods 50 cases with basal cell carcinoma were clinical staged and differentiated in histologic types.According to the variety of stages and types,we treated them in different ways,including operation,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,all patients were followed-up 5 to 15 years.Results of the 50 cases,recurrence in 4(8%) and death caused by carcinoma in 3 (6%) were found,5-year survival rate was 94%,10-year survival rate was 46%,5 cases were alive 15 years after operation.Conclusion Early detection and diagnosis,surgery adjurant with radiotherapy or chemotherapy are the keys to improve survival rate in basal cell carcinoma patients.
