摘要
目的 探讨CT对股骨头缺血坏死的诊断价值。方法 对 35例股骨头进行CT扫描 ,分析 47个股骨头缺血坏死的CT表现。结果 星状征变形 ,骨质增生、硬化、囊变、碎裂、塌陷、变形 ,为股骨头缺血坏死的主要CT表现 ,CT可显示X线平片股骨头阴性的缺血坏死。结论 CT良好显示股骨头缺血坏死的病变形态和程度 ,诊断正确率优于X线平片。
Objective To explore the value of CT diagnosis for avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods CT scanning of 35 cases femoral head was performed and the CT manifestation of avascular necrosis of 47 femoral heads was analysed. Results The main CT manifestation of avascular necrosis of the femoral head were asterisk sign distortion and proliferation, sclerosis, cystiform changes, fragments, collapse, distortion of bone . CT could show the avascular necrosis of the femoral head that could not be showed by X ray plain film. Conclusion CT could well show the pathological appearance and degree of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. It's diagnostic accuracy is higher than X ray plain film. [
