摘要
目的 :探讨老年人髋部骨折的手术适应证和手术方法。方法 :采用闭合复位内固定、外固定器固定及人工髋关节置换术 ,治疗老年人髋部骨折 84例。结果 :84例中 ,获得随访 6 8例 ,平均随访 31.2个月 ,优良率 88.2 % ,除 9例死亡外 ,其余病人骨折均愈合 ,髋关节功能良好。结论 :老年人髋部骨折后并发症多 ,应严格掌握手术适应证 ,加强围手术期管理。采取积极的手术治疗 。
Objective: To study the surgical indication and surgical method of the hip fracture in aged patients. Method: Eighty four patients were treated with closed reduction internal and external fixation and hip replacement since 1992. Results:The follow up of 68 patients had shown excellent and good rate of 88.2%. In addition to 9 patients death, all patients and heald with internal and external fixation and good function with hip replacement. Conclusions: Complication of hip fracture in aged patients are rather common.Therefore, surgical indications should be strictly controlled and the peri operative management is important. Adoptting active surgical treatment is an ideal treatment to hip fracture in aged patients.
