摘要
目的 :探讨骶髂关节半脱位的诊断与治疗方法。方法 :对 46例骶髂关节半脱位病人的临床特点进行分析 ,并用理疗、封闭、骨盆带固定、手术融合等方法进行治疗。结果 :明确诊断后 46例患者经治疗均获满意效果。结论 :本病与妊娠关系密切 ,根据临床特点多可明确诊断 ,经保守治疗无效 。
Objective: To discuss how to diagnose and treat the subluxation of sacroiliac joint.Methods:Analyze the clinical characteristic of 46 cases with subluxation of sacroiliac joint and treated by physical therapy,local block,exo fixation and joint fusion.Results:All cases clear diagnosed obtaining satisfy curative effect.Conclusions:The relation between the subluxation of sacroiliac joint and pregnancy is close.It can usually be diagnosed definitely according to the clinical characteristic.If conservative therapy is inefficacy,sacroiliac joint fusion will be feasible.
