米非司酮在终止妊娠方面的应用及研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 米非司酮 ( Mifepristone)是分子水平抗孕激素药物 ,可直接作用于绒毛、蜕膜、胎盘、子宫肌层、宫颈 ,用于终止各期妊娠临床效果好 ,对母体安全性较好 ,但对胎儿、新生儿的影响需进一步研究 ,用于晚期妊娠引产应持慎重态度 。
