当今世界 ,环境保护已成为社会发展的重要主题之一。与此同时 ,产品的“环境友好”因素已越来越受到人们的关注 ,环境标志应运而生。然而 ,在环境标志制度的实施过程中 ,绿色壁垒作为一种新的非关税壁垒形式出现了。本文针对发达国家现代的绿色标志制度对发展中国家造成的壁垒及我国“入世”
Nowadays,environment protection has become one of the main topics of social development.As a result,the “environment friendly” element of the products receives more and more attentions,and the system of Eco\|labeling comes to exist.During the process of carrying out Eco\|labeling system, however,the green barrier appears as a new non\|tariff barrier.This article focuses on the barriers created by the system of Eco\|labeling and the countermeasures of our government and enterprises with our country joining the WTO.
