学术期刊编辑活动是一种高层次、隐匿性精神产品的创造过程 ,具有独特价值和特征。学术期刊传统的办刊思维面临挑战 。
The editing and scheming of learned journals is a highleveled intell ectual production of conealment,therefore,has a particular value and characteris tic of its own.The traditional guiding principle of handling this kind of journa l faces challenges.Scheming is the key to the creation of academic tre asures of fine quality.
