摘要
随着网络时代的到来 ,科技期刊表现出出版周期缩短、信息传递活跃、一种期刊多种版本的特点。因此 ,科技期刊的编辑人员必须顺应时代的要求 ,将网络手段充分运用到实际工作中 ;科技期刊的主办单位更应提高认识 ,强化标准化、规范化 ,提高人员素质 。
Along with the coming of network times, the characteristics of technical journal are as follows :shortening the period of publication, transmitting information actively and multi-edition. Editors engaged in the technical journal must follow the requirement of the times and apply the network to editorial work. The sponsers of technical journal must deepen the understanding, strengthen standardization and normalization, enhance the quality and strengthen hardware.
